About the Role
We are seeking a (Senior) Consultant– SAP Signavio Expert to support business process transformation initiatives across industries with a focus on SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. In this role, you will drive strategic transformation efforts for clients by leveraging your process modelling, process mining, and SAP integration expertise. You will be actively involved in digital transformation initiatives such as RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP, supporting clients in achieving operational excellence through intelligent process optimization.
You will also collaborate with sales, delivery, and advisory teams to position SAP Signavio as a critical enabler for business and IT alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end process transformation engagements using the SAP Signavio Suite, including Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Governance, and Collaboration Hub.
- Conduct process discovery and process mining workshops to analyze as-is processes and identify improvement areas.
- Translate business process requirements into actionable process models using BPMN 2.0.
- Support the development of process governance frameworks and continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Deliver stakeholder presentations and facilitate decision-making based on process data and simulations.
- Contribute to business development activities including demos, proposals, and client workshops.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of consulting experience in business process management, digital transformation, or ERP implementations (SAP experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, including Process Manager and Process Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, process mining, and transformation methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP certifications in Signavio or related areas are a plus.
The salary range for this position is: Consultant: $81,500 - $123,000; Senior Consultant: $99,500 - $155,000
