Requirements:

SAP Basis Administration (5+ years)

· Extensive hands-on experience with SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades.

· Proficiency in managing complex SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and Solution Manager.

SAP HANA Expertise

· In-depth experience with SAP HANA database administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with migrations to SAP HANA or S/4HANA.

System Maintenance

· Experience with system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery planning, and high availability setups.

· Regular application of patches, kernel upgrades, and system refreshes.

Integration and Interfaces

· Strong understanding of SAP system integration with third-party systems.

· Experience with middleware tools like SAP PI/PO or Cloud Integration.

Performance Tuning

· Proven ability to analyze and optimize system performance at the application, database, and infrastructure levels.

Security and Compliance

· Experience implementing and maintaining SAP security, including user management, roles, and authorizations.

Documentation

· Experience preparing technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.

Communication and Teamwork

· Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience mentoring junior consultants and providing training to end-users.

SAP certification in the technology area

Fluency in English is a must

Responsibilities:

SAP Basis Administration

· Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems.

· Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

· Manage transports, system copies, patches, and upgrades.

System Maintenance & Support

· Monitor and resolve technical issues in SAP systems, including database and OS-level issues.

· Manage user access, roles, and authorizations.

Performance Optimization

· Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.

· Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Security & Compliance

· Implement and manage SAP security protocols.

· Perform users, roles, and authorizations management.
